SharePoint Online will retire legacy information management and in-place records management features starting April 2026; migration to Microsoft Purview Data Lifecycle Management and Purview Records Management is required, with guidance provided.
Microsoft OneNote will support Purview sensitivity labels on all major platforms except Windows 10 (UWP) by late January 2026, improving compliance and data protection.
Power Pages will support building modern single-page applications using frameworks like React, available January 31, 2026.
Dynamics 365 Contact Center will offer enhanced logs and Application Insights dashboard for debugging assignment and routing issues, both available January 31, 2026.
Power Platform admin center will introduce controls for managing external authentication providers on Power Pages sites, available January 30, 2026.
Microsoft Dataverse SDK for Python will be generally available March 31, 2026, enabling agentic flows for data scientists and developers.
Teams admin center will launch a dashboard in early 2026 to monitor and remediate VDI optimization issues in meetings.
Microsoft 365 Copilot will roll out Video Overviews in Copilot Notebooks (mid-November 2025 to late February 2026) and a SharePoint list agent (December 2025 to February 2026), both requiring a Copilot license.
Microsoft 365 Office for the web will support sensitivity labels with user-defined permissions in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint starting mid-February 2026.
No unresolved issues were highlighted; key dates for feature availability and required migrations are specified.
